Yesterday a 3D printer lady came into our class to do some 3D printing.We made some models on the I pad or computer and she printed them out . They were about 3cm tall.Most of the time we just had fun.I loved playing on the I pad as well .yesterday was one of the best days ever for ict because other schools came in and we got to teach them.

Today we got to use a real 3D printer to make objects!I got to make a monkey.Not everyone got to use the 3D printer because there wasn't enough time to have everyone do it nevertheless at the end of our lesson the nice lady let us do a Q (questions and answers) for a prize;which was a...Robot!There was a glow in the dark robot which maddie got.If I could rate the time we had with her, out of 10, it would be 11 because she didn't just do all the work she showed us how to do it,and if you asked the people who got their creations made,or the people who got robots,they would say that they had a great time.The people who didn't get their creations made were sad but (I think)had a great time anyway. Over all today was an epic/great day possibly the best day in year5.

 Little Red Riding Hood

As Little Red Riding Hood ,the smart little girl, was cheerfully skipping through the cold dark woods she suddenly heard a crackling noise in the bush. Carefully she walked towards the spiky nettles but luckily it was only a robin ,who had lost his mother,. Meanwhile at granny's house the hungry wolf immediately grabbed granny ,who was very small,. Something the wolf didn't know granny was a professional ninja.  Hilariously the little lady kicked the wolf hen oily fell to the floor. Little Red broke in and high fives her grandma. They lived happily ever after the wolf was dead.

Last month I was on a plane , we were floating through the air then suddenly the seat belt lights turned on .So I began to look out the window ,the plane was going down.When I saw the plane going down , I began to panic , then I heard announcement on the loud speaker saying to put our life jacket's on. We crash landed in the sea , one hour later we got on a rescue helicopter's. Half an hour later we got back to America.

Students from St Johns went to the Metrolink on the 7th of November 2002.

 

 

St Johns went to the Metrolink and agreed that it is a good idea to have it and it is good for the enviaroment.The Eco council say "We think it is a good idea to havthe Metrolink.

The teachers of St Johns say that it will create more jobs in Stockport.Because the Metrolink will hire more people.The Tesco staff  say"It is good to have more jobs in Stockport"

The Metrolink is also good because people can get to work fast.They also don't need to go through traffic.The people who work in  Piccadelly say "With the new Metrolink we can now get to work fast"

Metro Link hits Manchester !

The new Metro Link is making less uneployment for new students just finished university ."It is good forb me because I don,t have a job and it is hard for me to pay my rent " said Isobel G .

On the 18th of may there was a protest aginest  the new Metro Link . They where worried that it would damige the habitats for the animals in the area . Many people protested .

People around the area have said "It is so good because there will be less acsdents and less traffic on the roads ".

On the 21st of April there been a metrolink that has been built  in Parr's wood.So there is new jobs and a new manger.And its a good thing for people.

There is more money for bankers.So the bankers can deliver to charities.For poor people and people who have ruff lives.

The metrolink is perfect because people can get to work quicker. Plus there is no traffic.And there is less people at night.

 This is the metrolink it had beutiful black stones and they were no cigars on the floor there was no tree's so people can not chuck food or drinks or cigars in the trees. METRO-MANIA

A new metrolink is being built in east or west didsbury the metrolink was started in 2012 and should hopefully be finnished in 2013. But there are some downfalls: the metrolink could cause car company's to close down, some taxi company's could also end up being closed down and more people will lose their jobs and could become homeless. When all this is done the metrolink should close some of it's stations and re-pay every one that lost their jobs

The visit to the apple store was awesome; We got to use the apple mac's and use the app: "garage band" which alows you to create your own music.

Field Trip To The Apple Store By Eliza & Kadie-Jay

Today we went to visit the Apple Store. We had a session there for 1 hr 30 mins.
 We went on the laptop's and we made different types of music. Then we put it on the Memory Stick.

At  breakfast I could hear lots of bullets constantly shooting , tanks moving , great big cars pulling up everywhere and soldiers marching . Mum was getting the jewelry box out of the wall , she began to wrap it in fresh bread . She told us to eat it . As I was eating the bread I saw my younger brother shaking , we were scared out of our mind . 

 I was looking out the window and I spotted my friend being killed . I could hear marching , screaming , cars parking and gun shots . I was feeling scared and worried but then I began to think about running away through the drain , then I thought about and I didn't . I opened the window and it smelt like petrol .

When I got onto the train I began to try and BRIBE the guards but it didn't work . On the train it was boiling . Those guards squashed us all in . There was a man who spayed us with cold water , I liked him . Everyone was sweating . All you could smell was sweat. 

My name is Harry. I was having breakfast and I was very scared.For breakfast I had bread, jam, juice & tea.It smelled very delicious!We were eating very quietly.

As Mum went to the window, she saw the Germans.We didn't know that the Germans would come.Then we heard marching sounds.We also heard whistles, dogs and crying noises.Everyone was worried.Are we going  to live or die? Then mum and dad ate the jewelery! 

But the Germans burst into the house. Me, Layla and Matthew screamed really loudly because we we afraid.Mum and dad were worried.Then the German took us away!We didn't have a choice.We were  sperated from our family.We never saw our parents again. I was afraid, because I  would die.
